Shipping Policy

We aim to ship most orders 12 to 24 hours within order placement. During holidays this time can be extended due to larger than normal volume. For all standard sized orders, we ship nationwide to all 48 US contiguous states. In special circumstances, we may ship orders to CA/UK, but this must be discussed and agreed upon before any order placement. Exceptionally large orders may require additional processing time.

Placing an order online does not guarantee that all items in the order will be shipped. We strive to maintain the accuracy of our inventory levels, but in the event that one or more products is not in stock, we will contact you and determine if you still wish to place the order. In the event that all items are out of stock, we will notify and refund you immediately.

When do we ship?

We ship orders Mon-Fri between the hours of 8am-4pm, unless noted per special circumstances.

 

Chocolate Policy

We are not responsible for melted candy or chocolate. Although we take the utmost precaution in storing meltable candy and chocolate before shipping, once your package leaves our hands, it is out of our control, the carriers trucks are not refrigerated, therefore, chocolate can, and will melt in extreme heat during warmer months. We package heat sensitive orders with ice packs but this is not always enough to stop melting. 

With the above being said, we do not ship chocolate items after Wednesday during the week. We do not offer refunds on melted candy so order with discretion.
